The lecture (VO) starts on Friday October 6th, the exercises (PS) on Friday October 20th.

Registration

It is required to register for the lecture (VO) between September 1 and November 30.

Grading

Lecture (VO)

The final grade is determined by an exam (written and closed book).

The first exam takes place on February 2, 8:15-10:00 in HS D. Please register online by January 19, 2018.

The second exam takes place on March 2, 9:15-11:00 in HS D. Please register online between February 3 and February 16, 2018.

The third exam takes place on September 13, 9:15-11:00 in 3W04 (ICT building, 2nd floor). Please register online by August 30, 2018.

Exercises (PS)

The final grade is determined by

1. the number of solved exercises (at most 50 points)
2. and a written test (at most 50 points).

Additionally, the performance in front of the blackboard may improve or worsen the grade by one. To pass the exercises at least 50 points in total together with a positive performance in front of the blackboard are necessary.

The test takes place on January 12, 2018 (during the exercises). Solutions of test per group 1, 2, 3, 4.
